There is NO POINT VALUE for the first item, I am just curious:
- - - What is your favorite snack?
- - - Who is more affected by the events of the play, Macbeth or Lady Macbeth? Explain.
- - - If Macbeth's fate is predetermined, do you feel sorry for him because he is only an instrument of fate? Explain.
1.) My favorite snack is chips or cookies!
ReplyDelete2.) Macbeth in act 3 is more affected my the events because he is still acting like a "coward" in lady macbeths terms. He is a coward because he is still upset with the deed that he has done and he says in act three that he already killed so many people already why stop here? He mind as well kill more. He is seeing ghost of the dead and lady macbeth says he is just tired, but really he is going crazy with everything he has done. He also is always regretting his actions through the play by talking to himself and almost spilling the beans before lady macbeth fainted to cover it. Lastly poor macbeth has to go through all the trouble to hire murders to kill people that can threaten his throne which puts pressure on him on either getting caught or them getting away and taking his spotlight. So in act 3 it is safely said macbeth is more affected my the actions that have been done and has been save also by the very witty lady macbeth.
3.) Yes i do feel bad for macbeth to an extent. I feel bad because lady macbeth is almost pressuring him into getting to the throne as fast as he can and he believes that is by killing. This is the reason why i feel bad i feel that macbeth feels he has to go for his fate through actions that he may not want to do. These actions being hiring murders, killing people, and lieing to cover it up. The reason to not feel bad is simply that he could of just waited to get the throne the right way and if the witches were wrong so be it hes life looked better in act one than it does now hes a mess now talking to himself, seeing ghost, and more. Him being a instrument of fate got him to the point were he is now and that is why i feel bad for macbeth because again he may feel that he has to do the actions to one make lady macbeth happy and two to listen to the witches and to get to that fate that they mention at the beg of the act. This is why i feel bad for macbeth in the play for having his fate planned out since the start.
My favorite snack is jerky
ReplyDeleteI believe Macbeth is more affected by the events because he is letting himself think he is seeing the gost. And letting him self loss it while breaking down.
I do not feel sorry for him because fate or not he made the decisions he could of changed his fate by what he did or didn't do. But instead he chose to follow what the witches say
1: Chips Aka salt and vinegar chips
ReplyDelete2: I believe Macbeth is Macbeth is affect by this to a greater extent because he is doing the killings, he is being driven crazy by his actions and over come with fear, and sorrow, but is putting on "a manly" front well at least trying to
3: I feel a little sorry for him because he never wanted to kill anyone in the first place, and his wicked wife challenged him ( tho to be truly manly he should of just stood up and told her I'll do whatever I want, I control myself) but I feel like if he would've never killed Duncan, he would've became the king out of true honor, but instead took the fast track and ruined it all.
My favorite snack is chips.
ReplyDeleteMAcbeth is more affected by the events. He is seeing ghosts and is feeling very guilty about killing his old leader which he should.
Not in the slightest incling do I feel bad for Macbeth he got what he deserved. He had a pretty good life as a successful general in Duncans army. He didnt have to kill the king the king even said Ill take care of you just wait and see. He also had just become an earl of scotland and was a pretty reputable person in scotland.
My favorite snack has to be queso and chips.
ReplyDeleteGetting to business, Macbeth is more affected. He has let himself almost go insane thinking about his fate. Macbeth was a noble and go to guy in that time period. But by killing Duncan and Macduffs whole family he has almost become psychotic.
I do not feel sorry for him. He could of just let fate take its course and not worry about it. The only way I feel sorry for him is in Lady Macbeths way. She is even more psychotic than Macbeth has gotten. She has pressured him, questioned his manhood, and much more. But yet again I do not feel bad for Macbeth because he caused most of this to happen.
1. My favorite snack would be Swedish fish.
ReplyDelete2. I believe Macbeth is more affected in the events of act 3, because he is still a "coward" as lady Macbeth would say. She calls him that because he still mourns for the things he has done and says that he has already killed a lot of people so why not kill more. Macbeth is going crazy from the things he has done and is regretting them. He is under a lot of pressure in this act and that's why I believe he is more affected in act 3.
3.I don't feel sorry for Macbeth whatsoever because he made the decision to do what he did. He could of not listened to lady Macbeth or the witches and maybe his fate wouldn't of been so horrid.

ReplyDeleteLady Macbeth is more affected by the actions taken place. Macbeth almost gives away the fact that they planed to and did murder the king. He says that he killed the guards to Macduff. This almost screws their entire plan over. Lady Macbeth has to cover for her husband through most of act III. Macbeth is more affected mentally. This is shown by his actions. It seems as though he is going crazy because of the murder. Macbeth is losing his mind because of the events taking place in the play.
I do feel sorry for Macbeth because he can not control his outcome. Reguardless of his actions, he will lose his life. If his fate is predetermined then he is just waiting to die.
1.My favorite snack is french bread pizza
ReplyDelete2. Macbeth is most affected. He did not want to commit murder in the first place but his wife in a way forced him to do it. Lady Macbeth on the other hand is an evil person who shows very little sympathy.
3. I do feel bad for Macbeth because he cannot control the outcome of his life so he knows the it is inevitable that he will be killed and there is no way to stop that.
